Keep life off the fast track. If it's going too fast, you'll miss what's happening and want to go back. The reality is that you simply can't. Live life to the fullest.

It makes me sick and keeps me healthy. Balance here is absolutely necessary.

Often I feel like a visitor in my own planet. It won't be long before I too will die. Life is short, so why make it shorter. There's no need for suicide or desperation, we just need to accept what we've been given and live.
